  • What happens if the camper I rented is broken? Would I have to pay the breakdown?

Our vans have a certain mileage and age, so they may suffer fortuitous eventualities. We take care of the vans personally in order to guarantee its maintenance. We are furthermore very conservative in the repairs, anticipating the most frequent breakdowns, so in general we guarantee their good condition. However, although unlikely, unwanted and unpredictable breakages may occur during use. If any breakdown occurs during a rental, we will pay 100% of the cost of the repair (as long as there has been no negligence of the traveler, such as if there has been an overheating or an emergency light has been ignored). The traveler will never have to pay any fortuitous repair of the vehicle as long as it has not been his responsibility. If the repair takes place during your trip, we will do our best to repair it at a local workshop as soon as possible and thus minimizing the effect on your trip. We will take care of everything including the payment of the breakdown and the dealing with the mechanics.

  • Can I travel with my pet?

We accept pets in our campers, except in the Berlingo Compact as its floor is carpeted and hair removal is very difficult. We ask travelers to carry blankets or similar to cover the seats and eliminate any hair and odors after the trip. It is forbidden for pets to climb on seats and beds. The pet has an extra cost of 40 euros.

  • Can I travel abroad?

We accept trips within Spain, Portugal, France and Italy as long as the mileage is within the maximum limits.

…because traveling in a camper van doesn’t have to be so expensive…
